I probably have a gold toned Aztec or Myan figure lapel or tie tac? The dimensions with tie tac and chain is around 2" long. The figure is about 3/8" x 3/4". As of now, it has on
a silver tie tac with chain and bar but the figure is gold tone. I would think the
tie tac would also be gold toned if it went on the figure that is gold tone.
I do not think this is correct particularly with the 2 pointers sticking out of the
figure's back - one is longer than the other see 4th photo. I would like to find out what this figure is called, what the 2 pointers sticking out the back means in terms of lapel or tie tac, the decay and the material. Thank you for your assistance in this request. Rob

Tiki, Hawaiian style.:) And lapel tack, the bar on the chain goes through the button hole in the lapel.

Thank you. I did not even think of Tiki. I have others that need lapel tack rather than chain and vice versa. Rob

My dad was a marine stationed on Hawaii before he was sent to Vietnam War. He may have picked this up while in Hawaii at the time. Rob

It depicts the Hawaiian god Kū, also known as Kūkaʻilimoku, if you want a more definitive description.
