    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

I think it just HAS to be a PART of something... like something attaches to the spout and/or goes into the hole...

Look at the dabs of paint on the unglazed part.
If it didn't have holes in both the top and bottom, I'd say it's one of those oriental artist's water droppers.

I think Gila is right. Something must be missing.

Would the diameter be around six feet?

If it was much smaller, like 6" diameter, I'd think about multi-element high voltage power line insulators, but I think most of those are solid glass or porcelain.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

If it HOLDS the water, and is around 10" to 12" dia, I'd suggest a ceramic bed warmer, but so little to go on...........

I think it's smaller than a flea....but maybe it's as big as Jupiter.
    Just not sure.......

Could be a very rare non-capsizing kayak (lovingly referred to as "NCK" by aficionados.) These would have done great if most kayakers just had much longer arms. The oar that came with those was about 16 feet long. This version of kayak was also very difficult to keep on course. It wound up going the way of the Aqua-Car; an article or two in Popular Mechanics mag, 2 or 3 sales, bankruptcy. So sad. Such a great idea, so many alligator-armed kayakers!

Okay, as usual, I don't get that joke... six feet? Huh?

I think the object is a steampunk needle-gun. You put a needle tightly into the top, then point it at the enemy, and blow sharply into the spout, thus launching the needle. You should aim for the eye.
