Hello is just got Many pieces of antiques like 500 pieces

Hey i new on the forums i wanted some help for experterts like u , thorugth a herency i got on my hands on big colection of antiques and art pieces, i will like someone to help me out for determinate there value , i can send picture and talk about the subject ,i will love the help , will be quiet fun , im sure i have some tresures over all those times .

& you say what you know about the item.

There are many forums here ...click on the one that is right for the item you wish to show us , and start a new post ....we will find it and answer your questions.

 

We may not know the exact value......but we can help you search for it...

 

yeah i will start organize my items and take pics one at the time, u doing it the weekend, so i can take many pictures for many angles. and be able to bee evaluated . i will start move fast

 

not toooo many....but clear,, and show any names or marks to identify ..

As far as pictures, it's easiest to see things if they are photographed from straight on with good lighting and sharp photos. Depending on what the item is something like front, back, bottom, markings or unusual features will usually be enough to get people started.

Also size and material. Something can look huge in a photo but only be the size of a postage stamp. Likewise something can look like glass but be pottery etc.

yeah im from peru, as i said i stil chekcing and put things in order i can send u this picture i have at the moment , if see soemthing taht got atention pointed out thanks, i dont really know if the are orginals or replicas yet, thats why i need explore the items well for define there value thast why i need ur help XP

 

Are there any antique stores near you....where you could invite an expert into your home to see these ??

 

few poeple will come later but i want examinae well first cause i dont want they try take advantage of me, so i want have idea what i have first

Then click on the forum that you think is right for an item. If you don't know what forum to use, click on Antique Discussion...



After you are in a forum, start a thread there for the item.

Yes, also after you upload your pictures click on

"insert every image as a Full Image"

and your pictures will open up right in the post rather than as thumbnails. No clicking needed and easier for folks to see. Thanks and welcome!
