    Not sure what this is is it Mexican? It is approx 3 ounces

    It is a very nice bracelet, Estate.
    You could be right about the mark. Apparently Mexican makers started to abandon the 1980s way of marking with a tax registration code some time in the 1990s, in favour of a simple Mex and 925 or sterling.
    I haven't seen the mark before, so I am not 100% certain, but the style of the bracelet looks Mexican, and it fits with what I read about the later marks.

    It does look like the script letters say Mex. You've hit on it, @Any Jewelry -- as you often do.
