    I can't make out all of the words, but it appears to be German. The search term would be "harmonica" rather than mouth organ. There might be some collector interest, though major brands such as Hohner are more likely to be collected; this may have been made by Hohner under another name.
    One drawback to old harmonicas is that the reeds tend to go out of tune or stop working entirely with age; and repairing or replacing the reeds is a highly specialized skill and not cheap (with Hohner you can have them factory-refurbished).
