    Thanks, I'll check it out!

This is a heavy thick piece of glass, even the lid. No way they're knocking it anywhere. :cat:

Lucky finds last week. Professionally run sale, one of the metropolitan area's best known estate runners and for some reason things were dirt cheap. ($2, etc.) Ring is marked 585 for 14K, etc. The weather was really bad, maybe that had something to do with it. Also online photos were not promising, so hardly any dealers were even there.

I am going to have separate threads under "jewelry" on the cross and dragon pin (bottom, 2nd to right.)

One large costume piece that was being used as a Christmas ornament. Actually the pink rhinestone one above had an ornament hook I removed as well.

Same sale, these are all bicycle related pin backs from the early 1900's. We are bicycle riders in this house, so was really fun to find these.

Some other pin backs as well, already listed. It was a great sale. :)

That ring was a great find. No idea how old it is. Is that a chrome diopside in there or some other stone? That cross looks like legit mourning jewelry; I'd wear that in a heartbeat.

The sale was crazy, I could see there were some real treasures, so collected items quickly without a bunch of inspection. I didn't even really look at the ring carefully, it looked like quality so just added it in with my group. Was so jazzed to see the 585 and it FITS! No idea what the stone is. Any thoughts?
