Unusual Mora Floor / Tabletop Clock + Missing Pendulum

This early 1800s Swedish MORA grandfather clock is missing a pendulum and the weights.

Where could I find the pendulum and how do I know the right length for it and the correct weight for the weights?

I do not know what kind of suspension it would have at the top, I'd need to see a picture of the back of the movement, but I expect it is a seconds pendulum, 1 metre long, and the weights would be about 6 pounds each.

Pretty much the same as all other long case clocks would work, but not look like the originals.

Looks as if it has a spring leader like any normal British grandfather clock, but it is not clear exactly how it fits the gallows at the top. Normal is a slit and there is a button or block on the top of the leader to stop it slipping through. Find a picture of a long case pendulum to see what I mean.
The base of the leader has a brass block that fits that hole in the crutch, with a couple or three thou clearance.
