I appreciate everyone's help! So, in conclusion, my Chaise Longue is Genuine Bamboo and Rattan/Cane stained with faux spots? Worth maybe $150-$200?

The description sounds right but think you should leave out rattan. People should know what cane is and the use of the term rattan as a descriptor will probably confuse them.

As I said above, value is really dependent on location and venue. I don't know where you are or how you are selling. The value I gave is for my location and my group shop. If, for example you were in Miami, you might find a way to sell it for more. I don't know. You might want to consult with someone locally as to value.

If you have any consignment shops, they might be a place to explore. A consignment shop owner will tell you what they think they can sell it for and you would get a percentage of the sale (usually half). Just because you consult a consignment store, doesn't mean that you need to sell through them. There might be a sales venue where you could keep a larger percentage of the value.

Where Brad is, which sounds like a retail(?) spot, so he has to price for locale and to circulate new items.

If you list it on eBay as local pickup only, I think decorators and interior designers with wealthy clients would pay much more for it. I don't know how anxious you are to sell, but you can list it as good 'til gone and just hang.

    It's beautiful.

I agree with this but it would not work in my location. Even the decorators here are cheap! If the OP is in or near a large metro area this could work quite well. It really is about location, location, location ...... or the willingness to ship ;)

I am in South Carolina - maybe I can do a pick-up via Ebay. I was hoping, since it is partially genuine bamboo, that it'd be worth quite a bit more than $200....and it is beautiful!

I lent a set of Corbusier settee and chair to friends (I didn't have room for it) for a few years. Was shocked to find it in very worn condition.

I managed to sell it to a party in Detroit on eBay - they sent a shipper out and picked it up and paid over 1000+shipping for it. They didn't want something "new," so it worked out fine for me.

If it's beautiful enough, seems like money is no object to some buyers. That's not my world, but I can see someone coming across this piece and spending at least $500 or more and taking responsibility for shipping.

SweetAfton, given your state/location, I think you might/will find a buyer, perhaps especially in a coastal or semi-coastal area and not only in your state but in state(s) to the south and (possibly) a bit west of your state. ;)

You're already in a state and with adjoining states which have milder/warmer weather with more "patio/garden/porch/screened porch/sunroom" days in each year. ;)

I have found that for good designer pieces people are willing to spend more and pay high shipping. I don't think this fits the bill. It is nice but not the classic design the Corbusier set is. Being is SC, the OP may do better than in my location. This is why I said that he/she needs to explore local pricing options before selling.
