    Hello Antiquers,
Several days ago, I purchased a sterling silver abstract design bird brooch and matching earrings.
The pieces are marked WM-conjoined letters.
Using all resources at my disposal, I have not been able to identify the artisan's name.
If anyone should recognize the marks and know the artisan's name, please let me know.
Thanks and Have a Great Day.

    Thanks, Bev.
    They do resemble Seagulls.
In a book, listing vintage sterling silver jewelry, I ran across a few pieces by ORB. The Orb pieces are very similar, in design, to the WM pieces.
Since the letters are conjoined, it's possible there are 3 letters instead of 2: WVM. It's a fun puzzle.
    I appreciate your insight.

    Thank You, evelyb30.
The initials do look familiar. I've seen them on other pieces of jewelry, but when and where is a mystery. My EIDETIC memory has suffered an embarrassing blow.

    Aloha!

There's a jewelry company called Wheeler Manufacturing Company that uses a co-joined WM. They've been around for something like 70 years.

Their mark includes a "CO" for "Company", but I don't know if it always did:

I have seen items online with just the WM (no CO) identified as Wheeler, but I don't know if those who posted them were correct in their attributions.

I honestly don't know if your lovely set is from Wheeler, but it might be a place to start.

I'll take a look at Wheeler jewelry.
