    I wouldn't venture a guess; there are lost of amateur "booksellers" today. With no bibliographical reference, you can guess that it's simply misidentification. McClintock and Strong describe it (entry 789), and notes that the E.P. is London, 1831. I'll take a bibliographer's word in almost every case.
