A green vase

Does anyone have any ideas of where this green vase was made and how old it is? To me it looks just like any vase but since it seems to have thousands of air bubbles in the glass I thought I'd ask. From what I have learned watching Antiques road show air bubbles might mean it is very old. Otherwise this might mean it was made in North Korea This vase belonged to my parents so I know it is at least several decades old. Late 19th/early 20th C. Not massive value but certainly more than a quarter! Might be English.

 

Hard to find someone willing to pay shipping these days.

 

That is so true. For many years I thought shipping from Sweden to anywhere outside of Europe was ridiculously expensive. Today Ebay's Global Shipping Programme (Is that what they call it?) makes Swedish postage seem like a bargain. A while ago I was about to order a tiny plastic spare part for my uncle's car. The part was 2 dollars. Shipping would have cost close to 30 dollars. The part was as big as a normal sugar cube. I decided not to buy it.
