This is your picture, saved as a jpg and cropped... not resized... and it's 90k in size, less than 10% of the maximum allowable size. Mega-huge pictures don't help.

That said: it's an attractive pattern and I think serving pieces have more appeal than plates or cups and saucers. The sauce boat looks stained, and that indicates crazing, which will hurt sale value. The other pieces need to be checked for crazing as well. The pattern looks late Victorian or Edwardian to me. Any maker's marks on the bottom will help. Values are always a problem. Best idea is to checks sold items on eBay. Searching Victorian or Edwardian earthenware or semi-porcelain tureens might return comparables. Items like these are large enough that the shipping cost becomes a real factor for a buyer.

Wow, thank you for helping me out, I'm not very good on computers. There is a mark on the bottom and from what I've read it isn't as old as the mark says.
I can't seem to find any pattern like it on eBay etc.
There are large serving plates and other bits to the set also.

Yeah... although I know it's not as old as 1790. At least 115 years going by who it came from.

Who it came from is not ' always' a good indicator of when it was made.

    just sayin...

I get that, that's why I am asking for some help. Do you have any helpful ideas/suggetions?

1790 is probably the pattern number, not the date. Dates aren't written that way. Also, the mark is newer looking.

This is blurry. Can you tell me if that says K.B.C. & B Late Mayers?

Yeah unfortunately the makers back then used to date their items to make it look like had more value apparently. Can only be as old as 1870 (doubtful) or new as 1936... the quest goes on....

    Thanks =)

The pattern is Kendal, the trade name Late Mayers and this mark were used by Keeling & Co. (Source the potteries website.)

    Why yes, yes I do.

Stick around here long enough & if your item can be found, we'll help you find it.
You see, we're like a team where everyone plays a part in the detective work , & one comment from a member , no matter how useful can lead others to finding the right answer.

& if and when your item is identified , we have several suggestions on how & where you can research any prices paid for such an item.

The company was founded in 1790. There's no deception intended.

Where are you? US, Canada, UK? There may be more/better sites to search on depending on your location.

Meant to say that Replacements Ltd doesn't even have a picture of Kendal, although they do list it as a Keeling pattern. A placeholder in case someone wants some and is willing to have them "search" on their behalf.
