to be honest there is no real reason to keep discussing the issue over that these really are are not! already explained the an expert point of view on what is being shown in the main posting and simple discussion. everyone can just make up there own
decision: on what it truly is or is not, if its rare or common, worth millions or worth what is $100.00 + or so us dollars as in past live auctions, its a photo of the original drawings that where made back in 1877 and by Cristo Buffalo and photographers in the 1890s decided to take photos of the drawings 13 yrs after the fact and mount them onto mounts.

also didnt forget anything this comment nor in my last posting asking how someone came to the conclusion on how they came about these being rare. since that person appears to have no clue or idea about what these are other than the neat hosted views.

You seem very angry. Why so upset? If they are not rare, they are not rare. No big deal. Yet you commented like 8 times in a row, which seems a little aggressive and extreme. These boards are chill and relaxing place. You don't gotta repeat yourself all angry and what not.

Also, definitely not an 1890's mount. Just totally incorrect. Cabinet Cards of the 1870's, early 1880's are very different from the mounts of mid 1880's to 1890's. I own over 2,000 Cabinet Card Photographs, 1,500 CDV's and Tintypes. Also a boat load of Daguerreotypes & Ambrotypes. They are certainly not all cut perfect. That is absolute rubbish.

Also, if they turn up several times on live auctioneer, they should be online. Usually they have sale records.
