Some are, some aren't. The old saddle leather ones are the easiest to sell because nobody fakes them. The more heavy leather there is in a bag, the more expensive to make, and the less attractive it is to knockoff artists. The fabric bags get faked left and right. I don't know values per se, but I do know that much!

..and I want doggie pix too. I'm mainly a cat person, but any old fur coat as they say.

OK, am finally back......Keeper (her name, and she is just THAT!!!!) is SUCH a worry-wort after her foster/rescue mom left......now a couple of hours later she is JUST beginning to slow down her pacing.....hahaha..... MIGHT be a LOOONG night!!!!!

So back to the COACH bag.....I found NO patch inside @SBSVC, which brings me to question if it's real.....even though I bought it in a COACH store in a Mall in Tilson, NH!!! It IS 9" wide, 7" in the middle, and 10" tall at each buckle. Here are the images:

That one's old enough that it doesn't have the patch. No way that's a Chinese copy.

Jivvy the research is my favorite

I searched on: "may god be with you always" "navajo" "pottery"

    The internet responded: Marjorie Joe.

I picked up this plate the other day at the consignment shop in homage to Walter. I would never had even considered buying it if it weren't for him. I think it is fairly recent, but it will definitely sell for more than the $11.00 I paid for it. It is 11 3/4" across.

This one is just for me, me, me!!! I never thought I would own one these DeVilbiss Imperial bottles. It is 7 3/4" to the top of the hardware. It has damage, but nothing that anyone will see in my perfume cabinet. I am hoping a friend of my will help me find a replacement amethyst colored spear dangle to hang from the ring at the top.

Sorry, but that's just not true... Coach bags have had patches since at least 1980.

It's been quite a while since I worked with Coach bags, but I have my own "archive" saved on my computer. It looks to me as if Aqui's bag is a style #9950 Janice's Legacy bag.

I am very curious about the lack of a creed patch... Aqui, do you have an IDEA when you bought it? Was it purchased at a Coach Factory store?

Here's some info from my files about Janice's Legacy:
    Coach #9950

A real Coach style #9950 is a Janice’s Legacy Leather Hobo Bag that measures about 8” tall x 9 ½” wide x 3 ½ front to back. It has piping on all edges and zips closed across the top. It has an adjustable leather strap about 42” in length with 4 grommets at each end; it attaches via square buckles on each side at the top of the purse. There are no seams on the front or back; there is one seam across the middle of the bottom. It is unlined with one main compartment inside, with a single slip pocket. Introduced in 1994; still made at least until 2006, and made for factory 2006, 2007. (Reissued 2012 @ $248)

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

@SBSVC, from your description and looking at your image and again at my bag, I'd say your description of the Janice's Legacy: Coach #9950 is my bag! Which dates about right to my saying it's been hanging in the closet for about 25 years, and it was Tilton, NH, NOT Tilson, NH.....my error! I don't remember if it was a "Factory store", per se or not, just that it WAS definitely a COACH store in the MALL there!!! It was ALL pretty pricey about 25 or so years ago!!!! I had gotten rid of a HUGE one with a flip over top that my Mom had given me some time ago and just didn't like the size or weight of it any longer!! God knows, I probably gave it to Good Will or something like that back then!!!!:joyful: So what's the decision, does it have any value at all?????
