Anyway, they're about 11" across and have 5 glass tabs on the underside. I thought they might be where chains would be attached somehow to hang them. I've bought and sold a lot of light fixtures and never saw anything like this. So, I'm not really sure what they are.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Interesting - breast molds sure would be lumpy/bumpy :D some kind of mold but for what? Really cool!

Glass limpet, just intended as decoration?

I knew it looked like some kind of marine life but wasn't sure what. Thanks for mentioning limpets. That is what it looks like.

Maybe @Ownedbybear can tell us the exact mollusc it depicts :)

Common limpet, which is a form of snail. They move around! Eat algae and barnacles and stuff.

    Some are quite edible, too.

barnacles are odd things, if you remove them they can’t go back, they’re sort of profiled to the rock or whatever they’re attached to.

Not recommended as breast implants then.:inpain::nurse:

Surely not, at 11 inches across!

Have to think they are lamp shades with the glass tabs designed to fit onto a fixture. No real way to attach so just held in place by gravity.
