Featured Vintage Bowl With Women Heads Around Edge,Any Idea Who The Astist Is

I'm not sure if I've had this bowl on this forum.I know I've posted on other forum but got no good answer.Very well made,hand painted.I can't find a name or mark. ed.Could be MCM.Any idea who the artist could be.

I'm guessing the craft fair/ren faire 1960's-70's.
Very slight possibility it's some earlier avant garde visionary potter-an outlier like George Ohr.
PS-Wish i could see the signature better.

There was a similar piece on ebay by a Port Charlotte, FL seller for $79.99. Listing was cancelled. No signature/unknown artist.
