Thrift find - Peter Klein/Andy Warhol painting real? Help w/Japanese watercolor artist name

    Found these 2 paintings at my friend's thrift store today after a week away while he was on vacation (after a week I wanted to buy something(!) and was happily surprised with these!

    1st is a abstract signed Andy Warhol / Peter Klein 75
    But I think it may be by a fan because every one I found on internet has Peter Klein's name first?
    The 2nd is a Japanese watercolor titled Crows.
    The artist's title/signature near bottom of piece is one of the smallest I've ever seen!
    On the back at the bottom is a piece with information - it looks like the artist's name in Chikosan or Chikosaw? (It remind me of a Indian tribe's name!) - does anyone know who the artist is?
