Good morning. I am pretty sure this contemporary painting is just a charming watercolor but someone went to the trouble of double framing it under glass. I actually like the work. There might be some gouache mixed in. Does anyone want to take a shot at the signature? I believe it is probably an Asian artist due to subject matter. I have tried Choe Wou and similar searches and google keeps taking me to David Choe (I wish). Came from an estate in North Georgia. Owner was moved into assistant living and does not remember. Sight is 17.5 20.75 in. IMG_1185.JPG IMG_1186.JPG IMG_1187.JPG IMG_1188.JPG IMG_1189.JPG IMG_1190.JPG IMG_1191.JPG IMG_1183.JPG

I'd be cautious here. Lots of works to be found by "Korean artist" Hoe Won on internet but no biographical information and signatures vary.
