Is this a German Villeroy and Boch?

I have a vase her that looks like a Villeroy and Boch, but the mark on the bottom doesn't fit. Is anyone familiar with the piece on the bottom?

If I understand correctly from the PM&M site, the mark I posted above is where Mehlem was acquired by Villeroy & Boch and this was an adaptation of the combined mark.
