    Well, we're getting close to the end. What are your favorite finds of the year?

    This is Halcyon ca 1890s, a five-foot bronze French swinger clock.

    "La Melodie," French bronze ca. 1887 by Albert Carriere Belleuse.

    Bronze bulldog clock from Germany ca. 1860, the tail wags and it "pants" with the tongue poking in and out.

    Those are all amazing Hopps! The swinger clocks are stunning :)

    Sadly, this is the year of non-finds for myself.

    Speaking of tours, the ones I posted 3 or 4 years ago are getting a bit dated. On the other hand, I’m not sure that things have really changed all that much. Must think on this.

    Russian pre revolution plique a jour silver sugar sifter spoon. Havent been able to find the maker,the marks are worn. Ive always wanted pre revolution anything from Russia so Im content,even if I cant pin down a maker. Ive posted on different boards but never got a response.

    Mine comes in 4 parts, but they are all related.

    I bought this "Ingrid" Czech bottle (the stopper is glass not ivory) as part of a large lot of perfume bottles.

    A friend wanted this bottle.

    So she sent me this DeVilbiss c.1928 "Swinger" atomizer along with a very nice check. :smuggrin::smuggrin::smuggrin:

    I also got to sell this New Martinsville Moondrops Amethyst "Rocket" perfume bottle to a buyer in Texas.

    I'm still waiting for my Best Of.

    But the whoda-thunk list so far was: Daum clear glass , Baccarat crystal vase, and 1930s Napier table pieces whose existence was unknown to every joolie I"ve shown them to.
