Stock Certificate (?)

Anybody with any kind of information will be appreciated. I've tried searching it but to no avail.

 

Yes, they're stock certificates as they state. Not sure exactly what else you're looking for.

The history of it - ya know - The "In's & Out's". When people post a pitcher and asks about it do people post "it's a pitcher" or do they try to tell them about it?

 

Forgive me but... Your title "Stock Certificate (?)" lead me to believe you didn't know what you had. You can find information about The Alma Oil & Gas Co. -- what little there is -- by doing a Google search under Books. You can find information about Louis Szabo and his wife Anna on familysearch.org. They were Hungarian-born and he worked as a gravedigger as Mr. Hartley's letter addressed to him at Calvary Cemetery confirms.

WOW! I had found this huge gravestone at Calvary........ You think it was pulled and the smaller ones were put in place of it, but dates don't match up? They were Hungarian.

OK, The Large gravestone/monument is for Louis and Anna's children that died from Spanish flu or scarlet fever. Some respiratory disease from the 20's.

 

Funny how a stock certificate turned into a family history!
