    I love it.
My guess is it says ENGLAND above the crown, and possibly HAND MADE below it. But it could be something else entirely.:wacky::playful:

A hundred other companies used a crown. The mark really is a blurry mess.

Oh bother, I know this and it’s left my head. It’s something Works below the crown, from memory. I’ll go find Godden.

Try Fieldings Crown Devon. My brain woke up.

Fieldings above the crown, Crown Devon below it. It will say a variant on stoke on Trent England as well.

I was thinking it might be Crown Devon or Crown Ducal, but I'm not a pottie. I'd be willing to bet the registry mark is in the mess under that.

Great glaze on that vase. Not something I'd think would be Crown Devon!

I am always boggled at how many buyers spend ages on google lens or whatever. In the meantime, I'm hoovering the good stuff.

i've said that before often enough. While the dumb guys with their smartphones are googling everything, those with the information in our brains are cleaning their clocks.
